started anabolic diet today..(keto)
well, at first i thought getting the fat in would be impossible....you guys were right.....pretty easy..
i worked nites last nite so meals were abit facked today... i did feel abit dizzy and tired around 6-8pm tho..

all day i had 7 whole eggs, 2.5oz cheddar, 3 pep sticks, 4 hotdogs, 8 eggwhites, 50gm protein with tablespoon malto(15carbs), 25gm protein (bed), 2 tablespoons flax, 1.5tablespooon of olive oil(first time)

when i have more time in day(not working nites), i will be eating 6 oz lean ground beef, and a can of tuna, maybe 8 more eggwhites too...

oh yeah... any tips are welcomed for getting fibre in.. gunna have atleast 2 tablespoons of benefibre...
6oz carrots possibly (i was starting another diet when i jumped ship for this)
i have 4lbs califonia mix i good chomp on..... i would like to get atleast 30gms of fibre a day..

carrots are relatively high in carbs. Add in any green vegetable, broccoli and green beans are both great. for fiber.

Sounds gross but I like glucomannan pudding. You take almond or low carb soy milk (i.e. soy slender) and stir in the gluco with the sugar free flavoring of your choice. You can put in as much as 3T per 8oz of fluid. Don't eat the whole bowl though...I made that mistake last night and the stuff expanded so much I had to lay down.
With unsweetened almond breeze--this amounts to 40 cals. How much fiber? Don't know..but it will def get you moving and is a great filler.

Found it...6 grams soluble fiber per tablespoon in glucomannan.

Soy is cool for me...I have hormonal issues.
Gluco can be purchased very cheaply at a certain site I can't give you b/c of forum rules. Just google "bulk glucomannan."

down some weight too..

well, im closiing in on 2 full weeks... was 220lb this //am, so between 6-11lbs lost (reason im not exact is i worked sunday nites, and started Mon., woke up at 11am...wo not real accurate....was 231lb however)
it is getting easier...hungry!!!, i have noticed i HAVE ALMOST NO GAS, WHICH IS NEW AND WELCOMED, getting lean in my shoulders and chest, and today i cinched up the belt one notch...
