It showed on Dr.Phil today that Richard Sandrak, the strong kid bodybuilder that is ugly, is going to be on the show this tuesday. His father was abusive and what not.
It should be interesting to watch.

The Doctor, the Wife and the Mistress
Dr. Phil continues his in-depth look into the anatomy of an affair. Remember Ed, the married doctor with the pregnant mistress? His wife, Kandi, has hired a private investigator to follow him. Now, Kandi sees the other woman for the first time! Then, a mistress who has a 2-year-old child with a married man has something to say to married women — and Dr. Phil has something to say to her! Plus, a husband who was caught by his own incredible web of lies. See what his wife has to say about his cheating ways.
i dunno doesn't mention anything bout Rich Sandrek in thursdays descriptionmy blog- www.fatfightingformula.com, www.eliminateovereating.com

I'm gonna let this stay open for now so you can bump it up when it's showtime.
I will be under close watch in this thread though. Any stupid posts or flames against Richard and they will be deleted and you will probably be temp. banned. This is your fair warning.
Feel free to discuss his appearance on the show and what he says.

Did anyone watch it? I just got done watching it. I'm normally at my lil bro's basketball games on Tuesdays, so I'm normally not around for the show.
First off, I feel bad for the abuse him and his mom suffered from his dad. I wonder if Richard's intense training at such a young age is just another form of abuse from his father. I just hope the family doesn't suffer anymore because of this man.
The first thing I noticed about Richard on the show is that he didn't look he was training anymore. He looked like your average 12-year old. He did mention that the court ordered that he can't train again until he's 16, so he's been doing all cardio work. That could be good or bad. Richard's arms were starting to look pretty big for a kid his age in some of the newer video footage they showed of him. It was probably right before he had to quit lifting.

wait why did the court order that he stop lifting!?!??! can they do that?! isnt it personal choice??

I saw the beginning of the show, it's a shame that his father abused him and his family as a child.
Hopefully he won't start up with it again when he gets out of jail.

I'm sorry but I just can't stand Dr. Phil.
A king may move a man, a father may claim a son. But remember that, even when those who move you be kings or men of power, your soul is in your keeping alone. When you stand before God you cannot say "but I was told by others to do thus" or that "virtue was not convenient at the time." This will not suffice. Remember that.
