    Thumbs down

Is there any IFBB pro using mainly kettlebells?

Many of the legendary old-time strongman used kettlebells such as Arthur Saxon, Eugene Sandow, and Sig Klein.
They used them only in a few moves. Most of the time they used the old-time dumbbells and barbells.

Do you see many gyms equipped with as many kettlebells as dumbbells? How many people you know use mainly kettlebells in excercises?

Yes, kettles are different in design. Different from DB, its mass center is away from the user body, so it has a greater momentum while swinging and it is hanging down. But that's all. Nothing special for muscle gain. Then HOW do kettlebells help?

Take some time off is the solution to burnout and grueling time.

Mike is the KB God! He was big and strong before he started using KBs. Love his videos. However, KBs are more about functional strrength and Bodybuilders are best served by the classic lifts. I have been a huge fan of KBS since 2004 for functional strength, but not so much for bodybuilding.
Heading towards 40 years of Pumping Iron! Never stop!
