    How many grams of protein should I take in?

    Im 16, endomorph, somewhat carb sensitive and bulking right now....

    Im thinking 1 gram per pound of bodyweight....but im not sure


    Also, how much should I consume if I was cutting?

    I'm bulking and i'm showing good gains with about 1.5-2g/lb but if you eat more than that it is possible to store it as fat and to have other medical complications
