    Whey only good after workout, otherwise cassien?

    It seems like the only time you need the quick jolt whey provides is right after a workout, otherwise you should use a more timed release protein like a whey/cassein mix protein (with a ratio of like 60/40).

    YES, True. After workout is the only time you should use whey protein, but I use mine first thing in the morning with water and right after my workout.
