thanks shoo head... yours has been teh most helpful...
and i could probably do A LOT more for squats and chest and ****, but it's HF training, so the aim isn't to hit it hard...
if you want me to try to max out in the gym tomorrow i could come back and tell you what i can actually lift.
what do you recommend... a 5 day split?

If you'd like to get started in Higher-Frequency, that's what I would recommend. I believe you've said you've messed with HFT before? If so, than check into the workout below- if not, just ignore it, and move on past the squiggles.
