    Any takers?

So, What's up? I want some feedback on this. Try it, for even a week, and tell me what you think. It's not a challenge that can't be done, but I challenge anyone to do it and then say he didn't feel harder.

    Talking good points

I think John is correct. I guess to me there is nothing astounding in it, but rather things I do all the time. (I'm not training for a competition currently but for myself.)

Being positive (and complain about nothing) is very important I believe. The whiners and the moaners bring down the energy of the gym. It really annoys me when I hear "Oh I'm soo tired," or "I don't have any energy today." Stuff a sock in it!!

Say "I feel great!" "I'm going to have a fantastic workout!" "I'm feeling strong and powerful!" and make it true.

"Where the mind leads the body follows."
(stolen from Arnold, well he said "The mind always fails first").
