Keep bulking up or start cutting?

(check my progress pictures)
I've been trying to bulk up for the past month or so. Not a clean bulk, though... put on some fat as well as muscle. I'm still not particularly big, though, and I'd like to get bigger. However I don't want to end up with too much fat to have to lose. Should I keep trying to bulk up, or start cutting down now?
