Hello Guys. Its Great To Be Posting On This Great Site. Im Hear To Answer Questions, Help Where I Can And Also Learn Myself. A Pro Card Does'nt Always Mean That We Know More Than Everyone. Im Always Open For Discussion And Im Always Eager To Learn New Ways Of Being A Better Professional On And Off The Stage. Ive Notice I Have A Few Freinds On This Board Who Need No Introduction. King Kamali, Was A Great Draw Card At The Australian Grand Prix Last Year. He Had A Real Fierce Back Anf Forth Battle With Titus, Harvath And Rulh. The Crowd Went Nuts Over His Routine. I First Meet King At Trhe 2001 Mr Olympia Where I Wasw Fortunate To Present Him With His Award. All The Best Mate At The Ironman.
Shawn Ray. I Was Very Fortunate To Be A Part Of Shawn Rays Training Camp Hear In Australia December 2003. We Had A Great Time And Shawn As Always Was Very Professional And Very Helpful To Me.

Chris Cook. Firstly Big Congrads To You Champion On Becoming A Pro! You Have A Huge Future Ahead Of You. Like Myself Chris Only Being 28 Will Hopefully Offer Alot To Professional Bodybuilding In The Coming Years. I Meet Chris Back In 2001. We Were Both Spnsored By Mrm At The Time And Ralph Deehan ( Unsure How To Spell His Last Name ) Did A Photo Shoot Of Me Chris And Laurie Vanniman At World Gym Temecula. All The Best To You Chris For 2005.
Chris And I Had A Great Time And He Introduced Me To Everyone At The 2001 Olympia. I Remember The After Party Me And Chris Went To. I Was Just So Amazed And Proud To Be In The Same Presence Of All These Great Champion Letting There Hair Down And Having A Great Time. I Remember Seeing King Kamali Sitting Down At A Chair Hold A Glass Of Champange And Falling Asleep, It Was To Early In The Night For Him To Be Drug And I Knew He Was Just Totally Exhausted From The Show And The Lead Up To It. I Let Sleep.
I Just Heard That Bob Chic Is Hopefully Coming Out To The Austrlalian Grand Prix In March, So I Really Look Forward To Meeting Him.
As For Myself, Im Taking 2005 Off. It Will The First Year Ive Had Off Since 1994.
Im Just Training My Ass Off And Trying To Put On Some More Good Qaulity Size So At My Next Show More Likely The 2006 Ironman I Will Be 255-260lbs On Stage.
I Also Plan On Making My Move To The Usa In July This Year. My Girl Freind Is Going To Compete In The Monica Brant Classic In Early July. She Will Than Come With Me For A Few Week Back To La And There I Want To Start Developing My Carreer In The State. I Have Good Friend Of Mine Who Is In The Lapd And Said I Can Stay With Him As Long As I Like. Iam Currently Looking Into Immigration Lawyers And Trying To Best And Easiest Way To Obtain My Green. So Any Suggestions Or Help Would Be Greatly Oppreciated. Also I Plan On Doing Personal Training Over There. That's What I Do In Australia, So Any Advice On The Best Locations Im All Ears. I Will Do Anything To Start Off And Get My Feet On The Ground.
I Love Autralia Very Much But There Is Just Not A Big Market For Bodybuilding Over Hear And I Feel There Is Alot More Opportuntiy Over In The Usa. It Has Been My Dream For Over 10 Ten Years. Anyway Enough Of Boring You All Now.

I must say I'm sad to see yet another athlete leave for the States but I guess you just have to do what ya gotta do.

Good luck for this year and the future mate. No doubt you'll be a success in the States

Well I Guess That Make's Me The Dumbest Out There? Trust Me Iam A Pro, Not A Writer For Flex Magizine, So My Spelling Mistakes Or Bad Word Choices Dont Really Bother Me. Im Not Hear To Be A High School English Teacher, Just To Be A Part Of This Forum, But I Guess There Is Always A Small Minority Out There Who Will Pick At The Smallest Of Things.
Thanks To The Guys Who Made Me Feel Welcome. As For Grant Mayo, Yes Iam Good Friends With Grant. He Lives On The Gold Coast In Queensland And Iam Based In Sydney So I Only Get To See Him A Handful Of Times Each Year. He Is A Real Character And Great Bodybuilder. Runs A Very Successful Bodybuilding Supplement Store On The Goldcoast.

Actually I can vouch for Luke being a Pro.

He is on several Australian / American Forums that I am on and actually a Moderator on one of them ( Sizematters.com )

I have also met Luke once at the Fitness Expo in Sydney with a mate of mine who knows Luke ( Paul Grinham ).

its a little hard to read is all, i dont really care about the spelling mistakes as this is a bodybuilding forum and half the people on here can't spell.

i appreciate the photo's but that was not a good look for me. i really over dieted for a photographer ( i got paid of course ) because they wanted me to tone down for a commercial so i got some photo's done as well. i have better photo's on my sponsors website. go to www.aminoactive.com.au . go to luke wood's photo gallery and check out the photo's there. thanks for making me feel so welcome. seems like i may have to develop a little attitute on this forum.
ps. hope i made alot of spelling mistakes! ha,ha.
i just worked 12 hrs and than went to the gym. im exhausted!
