    Deadlifts 3x10

Is deadlifting 3x10 good from a hypertropthy standpoint as i feel afraid of getting injured using heavy ass weights

If you learn correct form, and progress gradually you should not be putting yourself at risk.

Ill go with 2 sets of ten.. But only having proper warm ups and doing at least one set of 15-20.. Feels amazing after.. Ten being my failure btw.. Not cause I counted to it ..

More importantly, I'd be sure to get your form down. Watch and rewatch the form vids, practice with light weight, maybe even post a form vid on here for evaluation. If you're worried about hurting yourself with heavy weight, lifting 3x10 won't help once you start moving up in weight within that rep scheme. If your form is solid, you won't get hurt.

I do dead lifting for strength and power, who wants a thick lower back? I mean I would but I'd rather have a strong one 3 sets of 5,3,1 or 4 sets of 5 for me
    Gym PR's

    Squat - 325lbs

    Bench - 225lbs paused

    Deadlift - 405lbs x 3

Yeah man 3x10 with that oly bar and you'll be shredded in a few weeks

Edit: in all srsness I do warm ups just whatever x5 while adding 10-20 each set until I fail on the fifth rep.
