hey whats the difference between normal creatine and ultra micronized creatine. i have biochem ultra micronized and i was wondering if that is good?

it's a finer powder..
no difference except may bit a tiny bit better if you have stomach discomfort with normal creatine.feel that sting big boy? thats pride ****ing with ya.
i give negs out like candy.

Micronized creatine is much better. The particles are much smaller (16x), thus inreasing the total surface area of the creatine. Greater surface area allows for more quick and efficient uptake into the system
