always do cardio activity 1st thing in the morning before eating anything. this will speed up your metabolism 4 the entire day as well as promoting greater fat burning. dont eat til about an hour afterwards and make sure your cardio is around 30 minutes. u wanna train each muscle group 2-3 times each week and increase your total number of sets. as far as diet goes, it depends how far from a show u r. since u r 15% body fat, i recommend cutting for 12-16 weeks cutting out 500-1000 calories each day. eat lean protein sources such as egg whites, tuna, shrimp, turkey and low GI carbs. u wanna get to 6% bodyfat or lower and trust me, its not fun but it does pay off in the end.
