    Missed one day creatine

    Due to financial problems am just going to buy my creatine atm, but ive missed almost 1 and half days. will it adversely effect me tomorrow for my workout>

    Nah man, it wont do nuthin, u have be 2 weeks off creatine before u even need to load again, i wouldnt worry unless ur more then a week off it, once u get some more creatine keep the 5g a day dosage and you will be back at the saturation point u were at in no time
