what do you think?

is it really a bad idea to do cardio everyday for fat loss?
i know most people take one day completely off, but say you are really interested in losing the most fat you can, doing heavy weights 3 times a week and 45-60 minutes of cardio everyday. is that ok, or is it a bad idea not to take a day to completely rest every week?
i've gotten a lot of mixed reviews on this, so i just wanted to know what you ladies thought.
i did a search for previous topics, but apparently my search function hates me.

I think it is extremely important to take off at least one day per week. Your body needs the rest. If you must do something, I think light walking would be alright.

i went ahead and did 60 minutes today, but it wasn't all out. i did some incline walking and low resistance on the elliptical. not like i normally would, it wsa totally light. besides my legs are so sore it's retarded, so i couldn't have gone all out if i wanted to.
this week i started doing the pyramid type of weight training. slowly bumping up the weight with each set i did 12, 10, 8. next time i will try to add another set slightly heavier.
how many exercises per body part do you recommend? by the time i did squats, deadlifts and leg press like that i just didn't have anything left. legs kill me. should i push it harder and do more? i typically do 3 exercises per body part, but doing legs like that was killer.
