Quite the opposite if anything. Think about it women have lower test than men and there are far fewer bald women walking aournd (thank God). The hormone that causes baldness is called DHT and it is related to test but is it's own hormone and high DHT levels are sometimes raised by steroid use or certain prohormone uses which is why they say steroids cause baldness etc. No saw palmetto doesn't lower test levels.
