    The hardest thing is doing it day to day knowing that the final result is years down the line. Its very hard to see the final result when you are getting started.

    Another difficult thing is convincing yourself that your eating habits can never go back to the way they once were.

    The hardest thing for me is when I dont see any change on the scale or from a Bf test for weeks or longer. I have lost 25 lbs in 7 months and I have had months where I lost 1 or 2 pounds that sucks.

    nah its when your actually doing it is the hardest. you see no results after a cuple of weeks and it puts you off :/
