3 no carb days sounds a little low to me anyways. does that mean every day you don't lift is a no carb day? i really haven't read up on cycling all that much so maybe thats how it works, but it just seems like that would be comprimising recovery.
It's a pretty funny thing... the harder I train and the better my diet, the better my genetics seem to get.

yeah i cant be bothered since i've repeated myself about 100000000 times
try doing some READING, or RESEARCH before you start talking, why should i go and post all the studies and arguments when you could simply click on those links and maybe learn something, as i once did
i tried super-high-GI, dex bomb post-workout, i've found lower-GI makes me feel better, with the same if not better results
im not saying high-GI doesnt work, im saying that low-GI produces the same effects without some "side-effects" i dont want, i know alot of other people can say the same thing as me, feeling better, etc...

of course it works, no one ever disputed that, just that the FACT is that low-gi ALSO WORKS
you can argue left and right that high-GI works, frankly i dont care, just as high-GI works for you, low-GI works for me, and alot of other people, hell there are people who just eat chicken and rice post-workout, there isnt much difference, as long as the rest of your diet is solid its not going to make much difference, i feel that everyone think that their "air thight" 100g of dex and 50g of whey post-workout will save them from an otherwise crappy diet
when if they are just taking in only sugar post-workout and no other micronutrients their diet will probly be lacking, and that will be why they arent gaining!
