First shout out to FormulaLT1poweR and the MuscleTech gang for hooking me up with a 2lb tub of their NitroTech protein powder in their new flavor, Lucky Marshallow. So what is NitroTech? It is a protein powder that includes 30 Grams of Protein, Primarily From Whey Protein Isolate and Whey Peptides, but also includes 3grams of creatine, 6.9grams of BCAAs, and 5.3grams of Glutamine. Here's a look at the label.
So what the heck is Lucky Marshallow?
It is MuscleTechs version of the Lucky Charms cereal. In order to accurately hit the mark on this, the tub is loaded with marshmallows along with the protein powder.
Here are the different ways I tested it out:
8oz of 1% milk
8oz of whole milk
8oz of water
In those three instances, the lucky charms flavor that it was aiming for certainly shined throughout but there is also a strong hint of fruit loops as well. You can say it is Lucky Charms and Fruit loops mixed together but it is still a delicious tasting flavor that is tasty from first sip to last drop.... with marshmallows in every scoop. My favorite liquid preference out of the 3 was whole milk but even in water, the flavor holds its on and not much drop off.

I tested it out other aspects too:
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1 cup of oats
Post workout protein cereal (1.5 cups of cheese, 1 scoop of NT, 6-8oz of milk)
protein pancake
In oatmeal, protein cereal, and cottage cheese it was quite taste as well. The flavor shined throughout. In the pancake, I ended up botching the ratio with too much mix and not enough powder so I wasnt able to taste the flavor as much I was would have liked but it certainly hit my macros for post leg recovery meal with the amount of carbs and protein it it.-#TeamBramble #GetFitOrDie

Final thoughts:
MuscleTech did a stellar job with the Lucky Charms flavor of NitroTech. It certainly lives up to its name with marshmallows included in every scoop but there also is a strong hit of fruit loops as well but it does not take away from the deliciousness of the flavor. My only gripe would be the cost at 19 servings for $31.97 which equals $1.68 per scoop. I would have preferred just a bit more servings for that price but if on sale, I would certainly recommend to snag then. Overall, Id certainly use again and easily would recommend to a friend. Thanks again Formula and MT.
