i'm working out for about 5 years now
this was my first show(last year)
this year i'm planning to make my second show( quebec metro)
at 240 ( i hope) :P
i'm 26 years old
now i'm 275 pounds

you look awesome man, i want to be that size one day ripped or alittle bit smaller (food bills would be a bitch i bet haha). You like that tricep pose ay, and with good reason too bro your triceps are crazy man. Looking flawless from what i can see, and damn that some dark tan, what product did you use for that?
