    hi my question is very simple i want to know how me make weight gainer at home please brifely explain it???

    Its all about finding the consitency/taste you are into. Mix whey, milk, peanut butter, oats, bannanas and whatever else you want in a blender. and there ya go you got yourself a pretty good shake. have fun experimenting.

    2 scoops of ice cream

    heres what i do...
    1/2 cup ground oats
    2-3 cups milk/water
    1 banana
    2 tablespoons peanut butter
    2-3 scoops whey protien

    works well for me...and tastes pretty good too...much cheaper then buying weight gainer also.

    Umm, I don't think a store bought weight gainer would be more effective. Stuff like N-Large 2 is filled with sugar. Sure it may take a little longer to make your own, but it will be better for you in the end.

    Commercial wieght gainers are not only a waste of money, they are also far too fattening.

    Store-bought weight gainers are no good cus they offer very little nutrition. The carbs are usually from sugar. You are much better off making your own and getting some good nutrition(oats, fruit) in you.

    i always found it to be easier just to buy weight gainer and the blend with other ingredients like peanut butter, oats, yogurt,bannana, and it worked well for me...just my input though..
