I think it is completely in the realm of belief for a teen to gain 30, even 40 pounds of muscle in a year (well, maybe a year and a half). I've seen guys around here, guys i've been in band with for years, leave for the summer weighing 150 (kinda chubb), come back in band camp as a hardass 180 (thats like 3 months). Puberty (its final stages reach until age 26 in most males) does some messed up stuff to you. Honestly, i'm not gonna tell everyone that its possible. Out of the hundreds of bodybuilders i know, from here and in the area, i don't know more than 4 or 5 whom have put on huge amounts of muscle due to the whole teenager thing. I digress... Yes, i think its possible. i'm hoping those pics aren't fakes, and if not, then you did a damn good job.
Hate is a powerful word; I, in turn, am a powerful man, borne from it. Your fear is my strength, your insecurity, my pride. All i have ever known is loathing... You toss aside my teachings to preach of love, which you know nothing of?! I know love... Let me show you the way. Hate... Hate was my first love.

The demons are sleepless and immaterial, death is at hand, and I am weak. Lord, help me; do not let Thy creature perish, for Thou carest for me in my misery.

I took creatine for 2 months and i eat like an animal...i eat lots of steak chicken pork...pasta,rice,baked beans, u could name it. Sometimes i had 3 mcchicken sandwiches from mcdonalds for lunch i know its not healthy but i was a hard gainer. i would eat 4 huge meals a day and the last meal i would eat before i go to sleep.

my workouts were lifting to explosive strength. for example i would do 225 on the bench for 5 reps. sometimes i would go as far as doing powerlifting workouts meaing i would curl 125 for 4-5 reps. i would not recomend this routine for alot it can cause lots of injurys.

a tip before i workout i would drink 2 cups of black coffee to enhance my powerlifting routine.

When i wanted to cut down i simply just eat like a normal person and workout with 8-12 reps and do cardio after my workouts.

First of all, I would like to congratulateyou ... great job

btw nobody should replicate EXACTLY what he did. IMO your definately were a below average weighing person and also an ectomorph if you were able to:

1- Eat white rice.( HIGH GI most likely to increase fat gains )
2- Eat ****loads of whatever was good for you but not care how much
    3- Gain 40 pounds in a 1 year and 1/2
4- At all as much as you can RIGHT before bed without a GREAT portion of fat

And after 1 year , I notice your still pretty decently ripped

Not bashing you here, I am just stating that what you did to achieve those results should not be followed by the letter by anyone on this board. Although you did do most things right and in the end... your improvement is awesome.

But 40 pds of muscle in a year is impossible. I read that other post and , anyone will attest this fact. Even steroid users would have a hard time achieving that. And I am sure your not saying it was 40 pds of muscle and probably near less then half of that was pure muscle. Once again , I am not critisizing you but I don't want any newb getting missinformed and getting the wrong idea by simply reading the title on your post.

Anyways, congrats man ... you looking great

You look pretty darn good, take a GOOD picture so you can get REAL feedback
