I had the same thing..
LET IT REST.. I had to take a little over 2 weeks then when I finally got back to the gym I had to do very light wieghts for another couple weeks.
Take time off, when you get back work slowly back up to where you were, ice the area after all of your workouts.
I would also suggest probably going to see a doctor if the pain is really bad.
