I posted this in the female section to inspire the ladies who need a little motivation. I thought I would post it in here as well being that she's 86 years old.
This great-grandmother started bodybuilding at the age of 72. This just goes to show you that it's never too late to get in the gym and make things happen.

EDITED - If you google her name you will see a lot of interviews and other pictures. Her name is Morjorie Newlin.

Wow, what an inspiration she is/was. She started because she had trouble carrying the heavy kitty litter LOL She refused to do the girly workouts and wanted to work with the men

She deserves props. I am 43 and have been putting off the gym for a long time while gaining more and more weight. If she could do it at her age I should be ashamed of myslef and my excuses. Even though she has left us she is still an inspiration. God Bless her soul
