I posted this in the female section to inspire the ladies who need a little motivation. I thought I would post it in here as well being that she's 86 years old.
This great-grandmother started bodybuilding at the age of 72. This just goes to show you that it's never too late to get in the gym and make things happen.
Here's the link to the story http://www.citypaper.net/articles/20...03/naked.shtml
and here is her picture!
I intend to look just as good when I get her age.
EDITED - If you google her name you will see a lot of interviews and other pictures. Her name is Morjorie Newlin.

Wow, what an inspiration she is/was. She started because she had trouble carrying the heavy kitty litter LOL She refused to do the girly workouts and wanted to work with the men
Sad that she's passed on from Leukemia. She's left a wonderful example here for women to strive towards.Bodybuilding: striving to defeat your own demons and overcome self imposed limitations.
Martial arts: the ideal rhythm of a movement is manifested as powerful grace.

Actually this thread is old.
I posted it on 08-04-2007 (August 4, 2007) and according to the news article Mrs Newlin passed away on February 10, 2008
