Hi guys,
I have a question, I have a little stubborn fat, just a pinch. Some ppl say i need to let my abs recover and only work out twice a week maxx. Others say that abs are teh fastest recovering muscle and should be performed 3-5 times a day. Whats the most effective method?

Highly simplified of course, but by determining your caloric needs, intaking less/eating cleaner to lose body fat while exercising, or eating the same or more to gain lean muscle mass while exercising.
