What happens if one was to stop taking creatine after say a month or so? The water retention would stop, right? Also would i lose my muscle that i have gained when on creatine, after stopping it??
This has probably been asked before, but i couldn't find anything about it.

You should cycle creatine
Cause youre body get used to it and you won't see any results plus after 6-8 weeks youre muscles are full of creatine and after 8 weeks youre only wating money
Correct me if i'm wrongRage is good Concentration is good But a combination is even better!
Life aint hard u get what the f*ck u put in.

If you want it to continue you working, you cycle it. That's common knowledge. It like any other supp.
The phase that follows the loading phase is called "maintenance" for a reason. This is also the same reason that creatine doesn't need to be cycled.
