    YES !!!!

    ...........it doesnt suppress apptite..............its a combination of dried out coffee put into pills with the ingredients using high tech words to make it sound like its a "new" supplement. you could burn more fat with 2 cups of coffee before a workout then those expensive pills.............

    haha!! yeah, muscletechs homepage is definitely the best place to get info on their product.

    Heres a great way to find out if a supplement is effective.

    Read the label. If theres ingredients that you are not sure the purpose of, do a search. Search this forum, search Mind and Muscle, search google, and so forth. research all the ingredients to see how they work, and if they are effective then why.

    I don't know whether thermo gain will supress your appetite, but its job is to simulatneously gain muscle while losing fat. A good supplement will not cause this to happen. Why should a horribly made one cause it?
