would there be a benefit between burning (running or w/e) 200 calories and eating 2200 calories as opposed to eating 2000 calories? (other than cardiovascular reasons)

200 calories burned only take into account the calories burned during exercise. Your body will burn more calories post exercise than it would normally burn if you just sat around because your post-wo heart rate will be elevated.
and yes the cardiovascular benefits is so important especially for bodybuilders who are considered medically overweight. Remember, the more you weigh, even if its all muscle, the more your heart has to work.TYIA
