yea i remember i use to not be able to do it 2 years ago and i thought it was liek crossing your eyes, some people can and some cant.
but from going from a 36 inch chest to a 42 now i can bounce it one by one, just a matter of concentrating to flex one pectorial at a time...then its easy to do.Age 24
Weight 207 lbs.
Height 5'11"
Bench 405lbs
Squat 365 X 5

Just learned how to do it yesterday like at 1pm, without making any big moves on anything rather than my chest. but i realized my left pec doesnt do as much flexing as my right... Anything u guys recommend for keeping me left pec around the same as my right. Btw i do barbell bench press and i workout at home so i dont have any dumbbells heavy enough to work with
Whatever doesn't kill me will only make me stronger

i wouldnt worry about it lol you could be bulking instead of flexing. I flexed alot last night but today ive already eaten 2 HUGE bowls of cereal with whole milk, 2 glasses of whole milk 16oz each, 2 sandwiches, 3 packs of ramen, some cheese and a pear lol and im still hungry -time to eat more-

Here's how.
Okey, if you you've ever bench press or done a wide push-up you know how to flex your chest. The trick is remberber how your chest is flexed. Try clapping your hands together as if you are about to say a prayer. Have your hands out and your elbows separated. Bring your elbows together and out again. This helps you get familiar with your chest. Don't rush. It took me months to finaly do it right and I can only move part of my chest. I can't do it like a pro yet. It takes a lot of practice. Just do exercises that involve you chest as often as possible an you'll be able to do it.
