13 weeks till contest dont know if i'll make it?
So i thought id put what im doing here and see what people think,
im new to this so dont be too hard on me im looking for constructive opinions and advice so let me know what you think i need to loose a lot of fat i think, i hate cardio as i dont have a car and walk 8 miles to the gym & back every day, twice at weekends, 6 miles a day to work and back and my knees are hurting from walking so much which is annoying. I want to be about 10% bodyfat i think as its not a figure/fitness contest ive got but the bikini model so need to be athletic but still feminine, id like to do figure eventually but think i'll need to bulk for this maybe in a yr or so.
I'm 5.6ft
21 yrs old
fluctuate around 130lbs (need to loose about 13lbs of fat)
i think im about 18% bodyfat (need to be 10%)
my shoulders are lean and i can see separation in the muscle already wheras my legs/butt have cellulite this is where most of the fat is and on the back of my hips which dosnt ever seem to shift its really hard to get rid

omlette with lean ham, 2 slice peperoni, mushroom 2 whole eggs 3 whites
40 min walk
2 weetabix with skimmed milk
200ml protein shake 1 scoop in skimmed milk
bcaas x3
20 min walk to gym
BICEPS
barbell warm up 15lbsx15
dumbells 5x10 start at 12lbs each hand dropping to 10lbs handafter 3 sets
barbell 4 sets 10 with 15lbs
incline bench barbell curl 4x10 start 10lbs each hand down to 8 on 3rd set
cardio 5 mins on stepper, 10 mins walking
walkhome 20 mins (by this time i was ready to pass out at 10.15)
handful crunchy nut flakes
handful nuts
slice ham
breast chicken with some veg and handful of wholewheat pasta oh & multi grain bread roll which i now regret.
sat on my butt
200ml protein shake skimmed milk 1 scoop powder
bed
(i now feel like i didnt do enough cardio although my knees are hurting & legs still tired & feel like i over ate on the carbs)

when i got home in the eveining after my workout i was soooo hungry and had the muncies real bad which is why i had the nuts but then felt guilty

as its the weekend i really wanted a treat but guess i could have one on sunday instead, im missing pig outs at the weekend a lot,
why when i do abs do i feel like ive not done anything?
i feel like i sucked today, i didnt get to go back to the gym as my legs couldnt walk me the 6 miles to/from the gym and i felt f*X$@D off after having an argument with my boyfriend while i was trying to do the gardening with a migrane and no carbs because he couldnt get the lawnmower to work and was bickering with him all day he's really been getting on my nerves, eg if i ask have you seen the keys anywhere (because he always puts them around the house) hes like no i havent seen THE keys ive seen house keys, or garage keys or suitcase keys but not THE keys, arghhhh like I have to be totally acurate and specific with my questions, it does my head in. i dont know if he's more annoying because f what he's on or im more short tempered because im tired, have a headache and dont get to eat nice stuff or have fun?is it him or me

As i knew i was going to be eating some naughty foods this evening i did my legs workout which kills me and trie dnot to eat much during the day to ease the fact that i ate late and picked at popcorn.

6th august mosquito attack ruined gym workout

chicken, prawn stir fry with mixed veg and sprinkle of brown rice
I was meant to back tonight but on my bike ride to the gym i went through 220yards of mosquito swarms and was a bit freaked out, they were in my hair, my mouth, nose bra and even pants so i went home for a shower instead
