its crazy auburn will lose to a lesser team yet....well you know what happened last year. seems like auburn does that a lot. I dont think LSU is a lock by any means. with your def. you could really exploit LSU's o-line. The MSU def played a good game last night and the right side of LSU's line caved in many times last night. The MSU offense (specifically the QB) gave LSU those points. Both teams limped away from those games. Cox was never the same that year. i hear saban is replacing the entire defensive and offensive lines with... himself. The jury is still out on whether or not saban will be playing special teams too, but I am pretty sure the answer will be yes.Originally Posted by tuck

We have absolutely been pitiful for the last 10 years or so. soo many problems and disasters. Im hopeful now that we have Saban. If anything our teams will at least play with a bit more confidence and tenacity and he will bring in some serious talent. **** he's already obtained verbal's from 11 of the top 20 players in AL this year. I think auburn has 1 or 2. He's a maniac recruiter.
He's as obsessed about winning as bama fans are about it so I think he will do fine and I wouldnt be suprised if we won 8-9 games this year and got a top 5 recruiting class. One thing is for sure, we wont be the SEC whipping boys anymore.
