Trouble bulking cause of my job. Help needed please.
Well I walk 3-10 miles a day due to my job. Now Im trying to bulk but I keep losing weight. I dont want to lose muscle too on top of that.
My current diet is 5-6 meals a day.
Oatmeal and egg whites with OJ for breakfast.
Natty PB with wheat bread.
Chicken and white rice. Lunch.
Chicken with brocolli for dinner.
Chicken breast and a salad later.
Cottage cheese
I also eat steak twice a week in place of chicken for dinner.
I cant seem to gain. Should I be eating even more?
Im 5'11" and 215 pounds last time i checked about two weeks ago. Body fat is around 22% right now.

dude ..if iwas u i would cut right now ,at 22 % you probably have alot of mass and if u cut down to around 15% then u could start bulking again. Thats just my opinion though wait to see what others feel.
