Alright guys im gona start cutting...I got my cardio sorted out and basically im asking how much calories and fat should i be having a day?

I would see how you do consuming around 2200 calories a day. That would be a good base to start at IMO considering your height, weight, and bf%. You should aim to lose 1lb per week.
