    St. John's Wort or 5-HTP worth it?

    for a little while now no matter what i do i havent really felt like myself. i have gone to the doctors... nothing. so ive decided to start looking for some type of mild mood enhancer and i was just wondering if anyone one hear can help me out with some personal feedback. thanks
    also any side effects? libedo, test levels, weight gain, sleep?

    Overall safe product with good effects. Don't expect miracles.
