Boxing after workout?

i work out about 3 times a week (im trying to build muscles) and after every workout which is about an hour i do some boxing and kick the punching bag/speed bag for about 10-20 min

my question is if it is good to do what i do?

I do a heavy bag workout every now and then after i lift. Actually, it makes me feel loose, my arms feel really tight after i lift so that helps

I use the Bas Rutten boxing or muay thai tapes directly after weights. My heavy bag is 210lbs, punching this after a strength workout greatly increases my punching power. I also like to shadow box or hit the double ended bag to warm up.
