my family is from argentina (Italian, not argentinian, but nonetheless from there) and I have to say you are in for an awesome treat. Argentina is known for all meats, especially steak and ribs and stuff like that. I went to a argentinian restraunt once and got the parrallada ( i think thats how its spelled) and it was like a meal for 6 haha. All i can say is enjoy yourself, your gonna be going way over on protein and fat tomorrow but its worth it. let me know what you think after!

I went to an Argentinian restaurant in Brazil and we all had a paradilla. Each table ha sa little mini-grill fueled by charcoal. They would bring meat from the big grills in the kitchen and put it on the little grill in front of you. It was amazing. Nothing better than shurasco though. Brazilian folks will know what I'm talking about.

Hey man I've lived in Argentina for the past few years and I can tell you the food is DELICIOUS...if this wealthy Argentinian friend is having a parillada at his house this is probably what you'll get:
- Churrasco de Lomo (this is like Fillet Mignon and its delicious, very tender)
- Bife de Lomo
- Bife de Chorizo
- Choripan (this is like a hot dog but with chorizo (much better sausage))
Basically man, anything thats "lomo" is delicious and very tender if its well cooked.
Enjoy man
