Is it worth spending extra to buy Whey Isolates?

I dont have any problem with lactose and stuff...
should I bother spending more to buy Whey Isolates or are Concentrates just fine?

Well IMO prob not, but I have digestion problems with concentrate so I opt for the isolate. I don't think u will see much difference in appearence or strength by taking in one or the other

I started with protein isolates because I heard that it was better but since switched the isolate/concentrate blend (e.g Optimum 100% whey). I feel that I'm getting good protein either way and don't want to spend $25 for a 2lbs tub when i can get a 5lbs tub for $30.

I'm forced to use isolates because of digestive problems but I always felt I had better results with regular whey.

I wouls only use a pure concentrate if you can't digest the other stuff. Its best to get a mix of both of them b/c each has its pros and cons

Check out these articles..they tell you all about the types of whey

If you have problem digesting concentrate I would switch to isolate. Also isolate absorbs quicker, which may make it a better solution for PWO consumption.

I use Isolate for digestion problems, and as an added bonus Isolate is much "cleaner" tasting. as in less of that whey aftertaste.
