Macronutrient ratios
What kinds of macronutrient ratios does every one use? For bulking and cutting.........

Bulking, I'm an endo so I'm keep carbs on the lower side and just at breakfast, pre and post workout. 40/25/35 p/c/f

Personally, during a bulk, I make great gains with a 50/40/10 (c/p/f). And for the record, I purposely keep my fat intake low due to a medical condition, which prevents my body from breaking down fats effectively.

x2.. when you say do you mean pwo shake or pwo shake and pwo meal (1 hour after your shake) ?

Both I have some oats(smaller amount) with my PWO shake and then oats(larger amount) with my PWO meal.

I'm ketoing and on a cut ATM. I'm eatin 55% F, 40% P, and 5% incidental carbs. 1600 cals a day. PWO shake, some days with 1/4 c oats, some days with 3 glucose tablets, and chocolate whey and unsweetened cocoa powder. So good mixed w/ the oats

im finnishing up a bulk and when i started i thought i was very endo, but i basicly had to up my carbs a lot to make gains. i was looking at 40C 40P 20F. im looking for a cutting ratio though.....just started a thread bout it
