    your carbs are ok, maybe more would better energize your workout, but you definately should have some more protein in there.

    15g isnt enough for pre? man before i dint even took a singal protein for pre, ok so 25g?

    25 would work good. If you want to have a classic pre-workout meal you could do something like 1 Whole egg, 4 egg whites and a cup of oats. Thats what mine always is and I always feel good throughout my workout. Last set I always feel better though because I know my PWO shake is on the horizon
