Don't you think every gym ought to have a private room with perfect lighting and a camera that captures every cut & striation in a variety of angles and poses and in perfect focus, and emails them to you when you're done? I mean, not that it's not entertaining to see everyone of us carefully positioning ourselves under the kitchen light. . . ha, you laugh, but haven't we all been like contortionists trying to get that shadow just right, or ran out of breath after trying to beat the 10-second timer after 20 tries? Huh? . . . People? . . . come on, humor me.

i dont know if it is really a good idea... My wife actually is saying i am gay since i look at myself in the mirrow looking for changes and muscles.. She said, she found in the computer some pictures i took by myself [ to see progress- not naked btw] and it makes me gay.. I laugh, of course! what else i can do...?!

I think it's an EXCELLENT idea!

I find it very daunting to see one thing in the mirror at the gym, then try to take good pix at home (inside or out), and it NEVER looks like what I want or think it should look like!!

So... which is the truer image??

All I know is I still gotta lose 12 to 15 more lbs before I send anything to you jackals online (too embarrassed and don't want to be picked on/laughed at!).

LOL, i should say that..! She really think i am turning gay or bi sexual since i started taking pictures of myself to see any progress and taking care of my body working out...! She think it's a gay things..! Even she thinks is for gay guy to be on any diet... weird....lol

Great idea...Mr. GunPowder...I like it...It would certainly make shooting self-flex-posing- pics so much better (easier) and more professional looking.

I agree with you 100%...Mr.bobpal59...in regards to shooting my pics...seeing one thing in the mirror at the gym and then another thing <sadly> in pics at home...ugh...ugh...ugh...glad I am NOT alone in that area of thought.

But I am improving my build...learning...asking questions...growing...changing...so I am being vulnerable (in regards to some of those so-called jackals) by posting some of my pics...here...on BodySpace...taking the good with the bad (comments)...and just for the record...most comments have been very positive, worthwhile, and for my benefit.
So...I therefore encourage you to post your own pics...and move on...move forward...and help another along the way...it will all be to your benefit !

She is probably jealous and insecure. By ridicuing your self improvement she is hoping she will not have to improve herself or risk losing you. It is a very common theme we here on these boards. The women use the gay terminology to cover up their own inadequacies.

That's right, Red. That's why I call it "My Million Dollar Idea". But, do you think people would pay, say $5, for a five-minute shoot especially immediately after spending an hour pumping up? You wouldn't even have to oil up cuz you're already actually sweating.
