    Pec-deck?

I used this damn thing for the first time today, and i felt like a ****ed up my rotator cuffs. God, how do people do this exercise every week? It seems extremely injury prone.

It put a lot of stress on my shoulders at first, even after I adjusted it. But after a while, the pain just went away.

your suppose to push from your elbows, not your hands when using the pec dec. That may have been why it hurt your shoulders. Peace

Check your form.... Im not saying that you have bad form or anything cuz I dont know you or how you lift but I never had a problem with it... in fact it was one of my favorite machines. check the settings too. If the seat etc. isnt right for you it might put pressure on other joints such as your shoulders.

pec deck sucks for chest developemtn, its an isolation movement, for good chest development stay away from them! stick to the heavy comppound movements like bench press

it doesnt suck for chest development...its a good way to end your chest workout with an isolation movement
