Hey, it's been a long time, I hope some of you still remember me, just check out my previous several posts that were made like four months ago.
Here in Manila, summer is already over, and I've spent it all in the gym and I'm proud to make a few gains. Thanks to this board, because I've learnd a lot of tips about ecto's lifting and stuff. Here's my pics. I'm not that big yet but just critique me o.k.
Still, I don't take supplements because I can't afford it, I just rely on eating and lifting and that's it.

dude.good job,but i think you need to concentrate alot on your biceps more cuz it seems ure tris are overpowering them.
I don't want to die just another slob-with my name on a gravestone someplace. I want to die with my name somewhere at the top.Make a little dent in the sport I'm in, so that maybe forty years from now people will say, 'Hey, that guy was Mr.America.' This would give me enough happiness to die with a smile on my face.

Damn that's a huge difference. They probably are bigger than 12.5. Your chest got a lot bigger. Good job.
And SLTS, in your signature you should also point out that sticking a feather in a cap does not necessarily qualify it as macaroni.Kramer: Don't worry, it's a write-off for them.
Jerry: How is it a write-off?
Kramer: They just...write it off.
Jerry: "Write it off" what?
Kramer: Jerry....all these big companies - they write-off everything!
Jerry: You don't even know what a write-off is!
Kramer: Do you?
Jerry (high, fed-up voice): No! I don't!
Kramer (consoling): But they do...and they're the ones.........writing it off.

My triceps overpower my biceps... If that is so what should I do to make it look good...? Thanks for the great comments though....
just make sure you are hitting the biceps with equal intensity as you are the tris. dont change your tri routine cuz it seems to be working...you could change your bi routine though

Yep, doin well. Keep up the good work. I agree that if you want to put on alot of mass, then now would be a good time to look at your whole routine/diet. If not, just continue on as the way you are...it is obviously working.
I agree that you should focus on the arms a bit more...and the shoulders to keep proportion. The science is out there!
