Don't try and relate to the appearance it was delicious ..
turkey bacon and 70% ground beef - grease poured off into cabbage and cooked another 5 minutes in frying pan after being boiled ..

I guess everybody got cameras for Christmas haha, this thread didn't do so well when first made.
MrLovrLovr the meals are the same during the week, it's the carb up structure and duration that's different.It's easier to get the single 10 at the bar, than one of the five 8s.

11/3 cup broccoli
6oz tunna
2 chicken breast
2oz pepperjack cheese
cook the two chicken breasts however you want.
cut the cooked chicken into strips.
put on plate with broccoli, top chicken with 1oz of cheese and broccoli with the other ounce and then put it on the microwave for around 2 minutes.
Calories - 615 (200 of em come from the cheese....)
Carbs - 4grams
protein - AROUND 70grams

I just had chicken parm here. Took chicken breast, dipped in egg rolled in pork rinds crushed
Added low carb sauce (found it at the store 12g for the whole bottle. Then some sliced hot cherry peppers in oil, topped with shreaded cheese. Man it was GOOD!!!Tomorrow is no place to place your better days.
