    Meals Eating Now - Keto Style!!

    Since the regular Nutrition forum has a Meals Eating Now thread, I thought it would be fun to get one started on here, I know there's a few good chefs in this section.

    I'll start:

    Chicken wings
    Cauliflower
    (probably the plainest, simplest meal ever, but it was the one I was eating when I thought of this thread idea)

    11/3 cup broccoli
    6oz tunna
    2 chicken breast
    2oz pepperjack cheese

    cook the two chicken breasts however you want.
    cut the cooked chicken into strips.
    put on plate with broccoli, top chicken with 1oz of cheese and broccoli with the other ounce and then put it on the microwave for around 2 minutes.

    Calories - 615 (200 of em come from the cheese....)

    Carbs - 4grams

    protein - AROUND 70grams

    What do you guys use to add some flavor to your meat? I'm currently using onion flakes, some chili powder and some mustard once in a while. I'm at a loss of what other condiments I can really use to add some flavor.

    I just had chicken parm here. Took chicken breast, dipped in egg rolled in pork rinds crushed

    Added low carb sauce (found it at the store 12g for the whole bottle. Then some sliced hot cherry peppers in oil, topped with shreaded cheese. Man it was GOOD!!!
