I'm starting to feel the new-ish Ludacris song 'Get Back'... aggressive shouting is always good for the gym.

If we're just talking Pump Up songs in general.....some great ones are:
Linkin Park - One Step Closer, Faint, Papercut
Alice In Chains - I Stay Away, Them Bones, Again
Stone Temple Pilots - Plush, Vasoline, etc.....
CKY - Escape from Hellview, 96 Quite Bitter Beings, Attached at the Hip, Shock & Terror, and more....
Chevelle - The Red(not a big fan, but it works Big Time)
Bush - Machinehead, Little Things, etc.....
Trapt - Headstrong, Stillframe <----definitely
Metallica - Enter Sandman, Sad but True, Until it Sleeps
Motorhead - Ace of Spades, Light in the Sand, Born to Raise Hell, The Game
White Zombie - More Human than Human (good one)
AC/DC - Everything!!!!!! Hells Bells, Shook me all Night Long, TNT, ETC........
Nirvana - lots of stuff
Soundgarden
Ozzy Osbourne
I dont necessarily think a song/band has to be Heavy to get you Pumped Up, its just got to get you in a positive/focused state of mind......
Like for instance:
Foo Fighters - Everlong, Learn to Fly, others.......
Van Halen - Runnin with the Devil, Right Now, others
AFI - Leaving Song II (only one i really like, overplayed..thats probably why)
WWE - Batista, Triple H themes, and other wrestling themes
Rap from Tupac, Big, Bone Thugs n Harmony (though I havent listened to them in a long time, still great though)
and obviously.....as stated before.......The Mortal Kombat theme
Just whatever gets you motivated, no matter how it sounds!Last edited by 1dayIWillBeBig; 02-18-2005 at 04:44 PM.

Bloody Sunday - the album "they attack at dawn."
Death Threat - anything
Madball - anything
In Stride as i mentioned - anything again
Rosary - anything...
also any old metallica, all out war, and old living sacrifice oddly enough.
hmm...i guess i dont get too pumped up by songs, just bands in general.

Anyway, some more hip-hop that I find to be good stuff for the gym:
Xzibit - 'X' (throbbing beat)
Black Eyed Peas - 'Let's Get Retarded' (energetic, best for cardio)
Jay-Z - '99 Problems' (aggressive at many points)
Eminem - 'Lose Yourself' (a few high points, motivating lyrics)
Fat Joe / Terror Squad - 'Lean Back' (Darrem Charles at the O, nuff said)
J-Kwon - 'Tipsy' (good beat)
Lady of Rage ft. Snoop Dogg - Afro Puffs (jumpy, best for cardio)
M.I.A. - 10 Dollar (jumpy as well, great for cardio)
50 Cent - In Da Club (energetic)
Ludacris - The Potion (aggressive-ish, more a cardio song)
50 Cent - What Up Gangsta? (jumpy club beat, decent)
and of course the ones I mentioned earlier, namely:
Eminem - 'Til I Collapse (pure awesome, great beat, great words)
Ludacris - Get Back (aggressive shouting, good stuff)
I should also mention the not-so-hip-hop
Rage Against the Machine - Renegades of Funk (aggressive and rocky)"The mind is the limit. As long as the mind can envision the fact that you can do something, you can do it, as long as you really believe 100 percent." - Arnold Schwarzenegger

BB.com should start taking a bunch of these songs and compile CD volume's of forum member's pump up music. I think that'd actually be pretty cool.
