I have a friend that says you don't need to take creatine on non-training days because you are not working out and therefore you are doing nothing to deplete your body's creatine supply. He follows this and gets results and saves money. What do you think?

I mean, yeh, before compitition, cool, but if you care THAT MUCH what others think of you in PUBLIC to take it then too, it's your fault if you don't have the extra bucks for a can of tuna later...and we all know tuna=god
