Should I use a fat burner?

Once i'm back to normal (on the v diet pahse off right now) and with my 2,500cal diet, as long as i'm loosing about a pound/0.5kg a week...

Should I bother taking a fat loss pil like lipo 6 at all? 0.5kg is a sold loss a week, so is ther any point, I know it wil help but would you guys use it?

I'm 20 so i'm not an old fart with a slow metabolism, it can be done naturall and if I do it's just more money to spend on uneed stuff, that they way I see it.

Would you guys bother with a fat burner?

stick with your regular cutting routine and see what happens after about two weeks. If fatloss slows then you can add a fatburner. btw great job on v diet!
