    Running, Good or bad?

Hey, I run a lot, almost everyday for a couple km's
Wondering if this will help or hinder my building mass/muscle?

As of now I'm 6'1, and about 160 lbs give or take...
Definitly not big, but that's why I'm here :P

Anyway, what's your views on running?
Also, are pushups good or bad to do?

running will burn calories, calories that you need to grow. id cut back on the running, maybe twice a week and cut the distance, and eat slightly more calories to counter the ones you burn of whlst running. and with pushups, unless u can do them weighted and reach failure within 8-15 reps, i wouldnt bother with them, there are far better exercises for mass building.

    got mass?
    got ____?

I used to run alot.. and dropped weight quickly. I'd only recommend it during a cutting phase.
    Weight - 199lbs
    Goal - 200lbs (lean)
    BF% - ?
    Started cut at 212lbs
