What ever happened to this guy?? I know he had a severe Shoulder Surgery a few years back and he stated he was on the comeback trail only to place 15th at the NOC's

You got to understand he is getting old. He still looks great, but he is far past is prime (1996 give and take)

He had some nasty infection in his rear deltoids because of synthol injections he did back in 2001 for the olympia.

Yeah, I remember reading about how synthol messed him up.

He never had the greatest genetics, despite what people say about him being better than Dorian. He had a long midsection, short stubby legs, short arts etc. Not ideal.
