Nope, its called the grandfather clause. Possessing old made ones I think is not illegal if they were made before the ban. The constitution's grandfather clause allows this.

Yep there really is no danger in possessing them is long as you have a good hiding place to put them in your house. As long as you didnt commit any other criminal offenses, they have no reason to search your house. ba bam!!

Actually he had a very valid point. When alchahol was banned the same basic language was there about it being illegal to possess however anyone who could prove they bought when it was legal would not get into trouble.

I read the bill and it says "possession with intent to distribute" not plain possession. It also says nothing about it being illegal to use them.
