creatine question
i know this question has been asked a million times. But is creatine safe for someone my age (15 about to turn 16). ive been reading that it really aids in muscle growth and repair. I just want to know if it is safe or not and why

Turning 16...Should be good to go. Don't go crazy on it though.

it is safe, but deff not necessary, wait til your 16 and then if youve been lifting hard for awhile and you want to take it then go for it.

its fairly safe, but there are no studies on long term affects, I wouldnt start taking it until you have been working out for atleast a year. I'm on it now, but supplements are to supplement, there not the be all end all. I'd say save your cash for now...

It'd be safe, but not necessary. I'd worry more about gaining 10-20 lbs

I agree, your already making some awesome gains at your age, especially if you just started..I take it when I hit some sort of plateau and need a boost.
Although I see nothing wrong with some Creatine Mono. Creatine blends such as GreenMag and Sizeon, while great, would be unnecessary as a first creatine.
Micronized Creapure would be best. Look at Prolab and AST.

It's not worth it
Trust me i have been experments with different creatine based supplements since i was 14. It was never really worth it you just gain a lot of water weight the only time i would ever take these substances into considerations is when cutting or trying to gain in short period of time. Do your whey protein and carb load.

Doesn't matter on your age, if you have size on ya, it'll work much better than if you didn't. So I'd say wait till you have a decent frame for it.

That was the first form of creatine I ever used, it was great at first but I got use to the cafeine in to so it didnt have as much of an effect on me. I think it gave me some veins tho ahah. Something like NO explode is great for getting you past something your really stuck on, but other then that its not worth it, plus its very bad for you (at your age).... so I say wait a year or so!

Yeah, Creatine Mono is definately the go. I'll only ever be buying mono from now on. All this CEE stuff doesn't work the best on myself. BSN CellMass tasted great and all, i'm sure i had the creatine stores in my body but it didn't show that well. As with a Mono it bloats and holds water really well.
SizeOn, i couldn't stand the taste, and that was with the 'best' flavour Lemon Ice.
Mono is my choice from here on out.

yea. you must have so much experience. right?
cause you should already know that it just doesnt give you extra water weight. that the creatine that is absorbed sits inside your muscles and superhydrates it.
but no. your wrong. creatine doesnt work well in a short period of time. you have to let your muscles become saturated with the product. but you should already know that since you been experimenting
