    Bench press duo...

    Anyone else have a bench press duo at their gym?

    There are these two fellas like 19 or so, all they ever do is bench press...

    i swear they are at the gym for probably 3 hours... all they ever do is FLAT bench press... never incline nor decline... always flat...

    I've been going to the same gym for about a year now and they have been there the whole time...

    While my bench went from 100 lbs or so when i started now to 225... heres what these fools always do... and there poundages have remained consistent the entire time i've been there...

    3 sets at 135

    un-countable sets at 115...

    I saw one of them struggling with the bar, it was pathetic... his gay duo partner was like "cmon man one more, you can do it... its all you bro..."

    i mean give me a break, who needs a spot when benching the bar?

    ive seen them at my gym, but even worse is those kids that lift weights as if they are smokin weed, usually in groups of 3 or 4

    one does a couple quick sets with bad form, passes, he does the same, passes, the other does the same, passes, and so on and so on, all while standing in a circle, this annoys me

    Yeah I have a couple of those losers at my gym to,
    They are kinda big but need to lose quite a bit of fat. One always wears tight shirts because he thinks he is a stud. They are both pathetic. They are always screaming and **** like "look at me lift this weight" Its pretty damn annoying, I wanted to smack one of them one time. actually all the time.
    YOU SHOULD SEE THESE GUYS LEGS!! their calves are about 10 inches around and thighs about 13 inches. Its helarious, one day I asked if they ever did legs becaus I have never seen them near the leg equip. And the guy was like "only pussys do legs" I laughed in his face.

    I saw some fukking tool from my floor trying to do dumbbell curls with the weight I do. It looked like a full body heave. Completely pathetic.

    Then the black guys I know tell me bench press is the best overall mass builder. They came into the gym on my chest day, did 8 sets of bench press and proceeded to go play basketball for 2 hours.

    Great fukking workout!

    aight i will tell you something funny that happened to me. i was going pretty heavy on squats( 500 X's 10) and on my 8th rep, i ripped a nasty fart bro. i mean NASTY. i started to laugh and so did my spotter. luckly i caught my legs starting to give way cause of the laughter, which was good cause if i didnt, that weight would of come down on me, and i would be one messed up dude right now.

    another one..... lets see...... this guy who can bench like 135 tried to put on 185 as some girls were near by. of course he couldnt do it, so as the weight was on his chest, he started to whistle, like he was just chilling. so i raced over there and helped him lift it off and he got pissed at me cause i messed up his chances with those girls........... like he had a chance i got some more, but i will save them for later.

    im still debating whether or not to put up pics. i feel i dont really need to cause people should take my advice..... well not because im big, but because i can USUALLY give good advice( NOT all the time.... and if i say something stupid, call me out on it). i may though. if i do, i will put up probably a pic of me just normally( like in a shirt), maybe a couple of poses, and then some of me and my "iron buddies" here at CNU lifting together. the only people taht have seen my pics are the HH's, and well... ive grown alot since those and dont have as much BF.

    no disgrace in using the smith machines. If thats your preffered training method then so be it. The important thing is your making gains. Not how your making the gains in your case. Also if your not already doing so i would incoporate some free weight from time to time.

    hey, same **** goes on my gym... now some new kids started to go.. they travel in groups of like 5-6....they always do chest. and bi's.....BElieve me or not but when i started, i had read a men's heath mag. that my bro had gotten.. so i kinda had an idea of what do.. yeah my form stunck, and still needs improvement but i at least knew what each excirse does and does not do..


    but could someone please tell me how are college gyms???

    its so freakin funny watchin these skinny kids thinkin they can bench 200lbs with ease, then totally crappy one when they realise the bar is hurtling towards their chest at lightspeed lol

    i always choose it for P.E cuz its such a laugh
